Each ID Kit includes:

• A record keeper to record medical and physical information including: date of birth, height, weight, hair color, eye color, allergies, blood type, medical conditions and distinctive features such as scars and birthmarks.

• Easy-to-use fingerprint ink strip,

• 10 Finger, fingerprint chart,

• Directory for emergency phone numbers (doctor, dentist and media contacts),

• Records dental information with charts for permanent and baby teeth,

• Stores a hair sample for DNA analysis. ( 3"x 4" baggie is included for the best DNA preservation),

• Parent/Guardian Information.

You may also get ID kits through the mail by following  the steps below:

1 - 10 kits = $3.00 for each ID kit ($2.50 per kit + $.50 S&H per kit)

11 - 99 kits = $2.50 for each ID kit (shipping is FREE!)
